Academics who are presenting a paper in one of the EAEPE's sessions have to register for the conference on the EAEPE website, and complete the following step additionally to the conference registration steps in the next section:

•) Submit the complete version of your paper before September 18th, 2011 at the EAEPE website. Please upload your paper in PDF format and name it according to the following rule:

EAEPE2011_AbstractID_NameAuthor1_NameAuthor2_NameAuthor3.pdf
(compare acceptance-notification-email for you AbstractID)

If you will participate in a special session, and do not have recieved a formal notification by schumpeter2011@econ.tuwien.ac.at (and thus don't yet have an AbstractID), please send your abstract to the local organizational committee via the aforementioned E-Mail address to receive an Abstract/PaperID.

Conference registration for all (except those who present in one of the partner (Non-EAEPE) sessions)

•) Register as a member of EAEPE and settle the membership fees, if you have not done so yet.

•) Register for the conference at the EAEPE website and settle the conference fees. The payment of both membership and registration fees will give you access to the plenary and parallel sessions, as well as lunches (buffet) and coffee breaks.

Registration/Payment of the conference fee until September 1st, 2011, gives access to a lower early registration fee:

• EAEPE Conference fee (including dinner) until 1.9.2011: 220€
• EAEPE Conference fee (excluding dinner) until 1.9.2011: 180€
• EAEPE Conference dinner: 40€
• EAEPE Conference fee for PhD students who only present a paper in the PhD session (excluding dinner): 0€

Starting from September 2nd, 2011, the following normal conference fees apply:

• EAEPE Conference fee (including dinner) from 2.9.2011: 250€
• EAEPE Conference fee (excluding dinner) from 2.9.2011: 210€
• EAEPE Conference dinner: 40€
• EAEPE Conference fee for PhD students who only present a paper in the PhD session (excluding dinner): 0€

Please note that conference fees don't include membership fees - conference fees can only be paid after successful membership registration/renewal.
